You Can Do Pilates
A straight-forward intro to Pilates, it includes both matwork and resistance band exercises. Leslie's encouraging attitude and simplified approach makes Pilates do-able for everyone. She starts with a tutorial explaining everything from Pilates terminology to the correct technique for each movement. Next, the mat workout uses those techniques in a well-sequenced series of the most basic Pilates moves (e.g. "hundred, " "plank, " "leg circles"). Finally, the optional 10-minute floorwork band section adds a little intensity while working multiple muscle groups. Requires a resistance band. ONLY ONE LEFT!
